Some of you might remember when Duke (you remember Duke--old jew, thinks he's a wiseguy, pimp, drug dealer) charged Rob Spallone with assualt. Well, the D.A., in its zeal to prosecute this case (they had a pornographer potentially facing an assault charge), scoured the internet for evidence to prove that Rob was a very violent man. The D.A. stumbled upon Luke Ford's site, and found some pictures of Rob beating up me, jimmyD, and a guy named Wayne Wright. They downloaded the incriminating pics, printed them, and brought them to court. Everyone but the D.A.'s mooks had a great laugh when the pics turned out to be screen captures from my movie "Shooting Sex" (for Sin City), which had a scene in which Rob beat Wayne and I up.
