WHATEVER HAPPENED TO JOHNNY TOXIC?

 I'm starting a new feature here at simplyjimmyd: A "Whatever Happened to..." column.
To kick it off, I'd like to know what the fuck ever happened to Johnny Toxic?
A few years ago, Mr. Toxic was often mentioned in the porn cyber-tabloids. Toxic kicked around a couple of companies like Sin City, and Notorious, and it's said he made and performed in some of the worst porn ever recorded on videotape. His crowning achievement was a vomit tape, and in fact, Johnny Toxic is credited with creating the spewing vomit genre. I'll bet no one's imagined there even IS a vomit genre, but trust me, there is.
Toxic was also a musician. His band (I have no idea the name of) might have been featured on one of those lame VH-1 shows about porners and music. Maybe not, I can't really remember and I'm too lazy to do any research.
Toxic was, for a time, romantically linked to porn star Nina Whett, and I'm told he was a porn-mentor to Kid Vegas who followed in Toxic's cinematic footsteps.
