Carly Milne today announced she's launching her own adult industry PR company, "Sin Spin." Carly's the second ex-Metro publicist to go it on her own. As you might recall, uber spin doctor Harry Weiss, who now has his own PR company, is a former Metro publicist.

In her press release, Carly says, “Basically I started Sin Spin because I looked at the crowded PR landscape that adult currently has and I said, ‘me too!’.”

I'm guessing Carly will do well in this, her newest endeavor. After all, she's one of the few publicists who understands that ending punctuation marks like commas and periods and such always go inside the quotation marks.

Carly continues: “...I was approached by a number of people over the last little while who were looking for something different in terms of their representation. It seemed like a fun challenge, and so the idea behind Sin Spin was born.”

Director Andre Madness, who has signed on to be one of Carly's first clients, had this to say: “One night Carly and I were talking and she Jerry Maguired me – she sold me to myself. And even though I’m larger than life in my own mind, she gave me a new motivation to be big in other people’s minds. The more people I can reach, the better it is for my company. Carly’s experience and my personal feelings have given me every confidence that she’s the right person to represent my company name.”

Don't be too harsh on yourself, Andre. Most porn directors are larger than life in their own minds. And could you clarify who owned you before Carly sold you to yourself? We'd also like you to expand a bit on these 'personal feelings' you have for Carly?

Though Milne is planning on building Sin Spin’s client list slowly, she’s currently negotiating with a few other industry figures and is open to hearing from more.
