Over at LukeFord.com where the inscrutable Wanker Wang seems to have returned, they've posted an animated GIF that says, "Free Rob & Lizzy," and then says, "Pornography is not a crime."

Well, first off, so much pornography sucks so bad, is so fucking horrible, so incompetent, so cheesy, it ought to be a crime. But that's another story.

What I take a bit of umbrage to is this: Rob & Lizzy, to my knowledge, aren't locked up! I come from a generation where when you called for someone to be freed, it usually meant they were locked up, put away, or held (unjustly), and should be freed. You know, like when they put away Rubin "Hurrcane" Carter with a trumped-up murder charge. Or when the South African authorities held Nelson Mandella in cell. Or even when eggs got a bad rap for cholesterol and they finally let them out of the slammer as seen in those TV commercials.

But in the case of Rob & Lizzie, I don't see where the traditional call to "FREE" them is applicable. I mean, so far no miscarriage of justice has taken place as justice--make that the judicial system--has not yet run its course in the Rob & Lizzy matter. When it does, and if they end up incarcerated, then maybe I'll join this call for freeing them.

So let's keep our calls for justice in perspective, shall we?
