 jimmyd _writes "I’ve heard more than a few people, myself include, wonder out loud why Tommy Byron hasn’t also been charged in the Rob Black and Lizzie Borden case. Tommy, after all, was a partner in Extreme Associates. It seems odd that the government would decide to prosecute two-thirds of a three-way partnership.
To my knowledge, none of the other porn news-n-gossip sites have mentioned anything about this; though if someone has I’m sure Mike South will correct me (especially if he’s the one who mentioned it.)
Of course, anyone who watches “Law & Order” will tell you the most likely reason for something like this happening is when one of the parties agrees to testify on behalf of the government in exchange for immunity from prosecution.
Now I ain’t saying this is what’s going on here. But it does seem strange that Byron seems to have avoided this shit.
If anyone has any information about this I’m all ears. I’d also like to know who’s paying for Attorney H. Louis Sirkin’s services. I’ll bet Louie didn’t take this case on “spec.” I’m also guessing this guy doesn’t come cheap. And I’m further guessing that Rob Black and Lizzie Borden don’t have the money to pay for their own defense. So who’s coughing up the dough?
Geez, am I the only one who asks the really tough questions?
