 According to CNNMoney , Jill Kelly Productions Holding is worth nothing… nada… zilch! So I’m thinking maybe this is an opportunity for someone other than LFP (Larry Flynt Publications) to act in a Borg-like manner.
What? You don’t have Larry Flynt’s money but you’d like to acquire a porn company the way Larry did with VCA? No problem! Just buy all of Jill Kelly’s stock. I think they call that an LBO (Leveraged Buy-Out). And the really sweet thing about this deal is it won’t hardly cost you shit! I’m thinking I might buy the company myself. Hell, I hardly have shit, but the shit I do have is probably enough to buy Jill Kelly considering it’s trading for nothing!
Man! American capitalism: You gotta love it! Where else can you own your very own porn company for nothing down and without making any payments at all?
But come to think of it, isn't that how some other porn companies got started? Without any money and then not paying anyone?
