Resistance might be futile, but in this case, it also might be pretty fucking lucrative!

According to Gene Ross, the LFP/Borg is willing to cough up $25 million for Wicked Pictures! But Wicked Pictures wants another $5 million to consummate the deal. I didn’t randomly choose the word “consummate” to describe the potential merging of these two smut companies. If this deal goes down for $30M, there’s definitely been some fucking going on here.

Gene writes: “Here's how the Hustler-Wicked Pictures deal is shaping up. Hustler offered $25 million. Steve Orenstein wants $30 million. Hustler which has basically turned VCA into compville, is looking at the Jenna catalogue as the crowning comp jewel in the deal which would enable it to cover its investment over a five-year stretch.”

What’s wrong with this picture? Well, the first thing that comes to my mind is that $25 million is lot of fucking cake! I mean a way lot! Didn’t the LFP/Borg assimilate VCA for something like a paltry $7.5M? And to be paid out over a number of years? But Gene’s saying (or quoting) that Wicked Pictures is worth more than three-times VCA? And they're worth that because of some old Jenna content Wicked has in their vault?

Ok, here’s my detailed analysis of this deal: I think someone’s smoking crack… in fact, I think a whole of someones are smoking a whole lot of crack.
