A HO-HO-HO-HUM NIGHT AT PORN STAR KARAOKE :: Simply Jimmy D :: Breakin' News or Breakin' Balls: It's all the same to me!

jimmyd _writes "A very ho-hum time at PSK last night. Attendance was noticeably down. No line at the door. Still very much a sausage-fest. Maybe Wankus' anti-drug-dealer campaign took its toll. Maybe a lot of porn people said to themselves, "If they're not letting drug dealers in, what's the point of going?"

Meatpuppet Mickey G. was there. I let Mickey know there was some speculation that he might be one of the notorious PSK drug dealers. Mickey laughed and told me he'd be a lot better off financially if he were a drug dealer instead of a porn guy. Don Hollywood, who was standing nearby listening, chimed in and advised us that a person could be nearly a complete failure as a drug dealer and still make more money than the average porn stud. I guess Don ought to know: as an attorney he's defended a lot of drug dealers and he's also a meatpuppet.

As usual, the really interesting conversations at PSK took place outside of Sardo's in front of the nearby B of A ATM machines. For instance, Don Hollywood and Gene Ross got into a lively debate over which of them is more hated by AVN. Personally, I'd go with Gene. But maybe someone in-the-know at AVN will write in and put this argument to rest?

While sipping a Corona w/lime at the bar, I noticed that Sardo's'management had left little Xeroxed copies of their rules lying about. I thought I'd share the rules as they're quite interesting and two of them are probably unique for a bar.

House Rules!!!

Anyone who violates the below rules will be asked to leave:

1. Any person who is obviously intoxicated will NOT be served any liqour.

(jimmyD sez: I think this is a pretty standard rule at most drinking establishments.)

2. Keep all clothes on!!! Touching through clothing is acceptable, WITHIN REASON, BUT bare skin sexual touching of any kind is NOT permitted.

(jimmyD sez: I don't know who determines the WITHIN REASON part. Maybe John Ashcroft could be contacted for clarification.)

3. No sexual activity will be allowed within the premises OR surrounding areas, this includes the front of Sardo's and alley!

(jimmyD sez: I didn't even know there was a freakin alley! Man! I've probably missed a lot of fun going on out there.)

Anyway, these Sardo's rules seem especially designed for a gathering of porn people. I guess these rules are similar to what you'd find at a strip club--although I don't think you can touch even outside the clothes in a strip club, but then, Sardo's ain't a strip club.

Well, that's my PSK report for today. Maybe next week will be better, though I doubt it since Christmas is only a couple of days later.
