For the one or two of you who maybe have been wondering why I haven't updated in a while, I've been busy, okay?

You know how it is--sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do. And what I sometimes gotta do is generate some cash. I hate to sound like a fuckin' uber-capitalist, but last time I looked for a supermarket that gave away free groceries I couldn't fine one. Plus, it often seems like my checking account has a hole in it where money just falls through and drifts off into the void.

What's with the pic I posted with this article, you might be wondering? Nuthin' much. I took digital pics of this model, Kayla I think her name is, and gave it "The Matrix" treatment with Photoshop. Personally, I kind of like it. Maybe you think it sucks, but that would only be because you have no taste.

Anyway...

Lately, I've been kind of focused on photography, pardon the pun. Plus, I figure that since that Helmut Newton guy tragically died in a car crash, there might be a spot open in the world of high-end, fashion and celebrity photography that I might be able to fill. I'm not being disrespectful to Helmut, I admire his work, but since he's no longer around someone's gotta do it and it might as well be me.

You see, I enjoy shooting stills more than I enjoy shooting video. Not that I still don't shoot a lot of video for a lot of different people, and not that I still don't enjoy doing so. I simply enjoy it less than I enjoy shooting still photography. Fortunately, the cool thing is--in my job--I get a fair amount of access to good looking babes who strut their stuff in front of my camera in sexy outfits and in their birthday suits; so I have lots of opportunities to shoot these "pretty girl" shots. (In case you didn't know, "pretty girl" is a porn term refering to the non-sex-action, glamour shots we shoot for boxcovers, and magazine and internet use.)

By the way, for those of you who hire photographers, I'm available with my Canon 10D (digital SLR) and all the accessories needed to shoot both boxcover (on the set), and the rest of the coverage. Like I said, I still can't find supermarkets who give free food away (unless you count the spoiled shit they toss in the dumpsters), so I thought a little self-indulgent plug might be in order.

Email me if you need a decent still photographer. I promise I won't annoy the girls the way a couple of those French photographers do (yeah, you know who I'm talking about.)

Okay, I gotta get back to doing shit that makes me some dough.
