Ranting Devan's HardCoreGossip.com reports that former Free Speech Coalition activist, P.A.W. (Protecting Adult Welfare) founder, and porn quipster Bill Margold has challenged both Luke Ford and myself to a debate. The debate would decide who should be the “Official Spokesperson for the Adult Entertainment Industry.”

First off, I’ll debate Bill Margold. I like Bill. He’s an intelligent guy. And he’s spent a considerable chunk of his life working in the best interests of the adult industry and its inhabitants. And even though I feel I’m better suited to ascend to the ‘spokes’ role in question, it’s only common courtesy to give Bill some quality time.

As for Luke Ford, I’ll pass on debating him. Why? Well, because A) He’s not a member of this industry-- never has been and never will be; B) He’s an annoying zit on the XXX industry’s ass and, in my mind, being an unsavory ass-pimple does not qualify Ford to participate in this debate and certainly should preclude him as a candidate for the spokesperson job ; C) Ford does NOT care about what’s good for industry, in fact, he has diligently worked to injure the adult business and many of its members whenever and however he has been able to.

So I guess I’ll wait and see if this debate happens. Perhaps there are others who would like to toss down the gauntlet? Maybe Jim Holliday would like to jump in and participate?
